The (re)Accelerator™ supports Gospel-centered and growth-driven organizations that have an increased need and desire for strategy towards sustainable and effective outcomes. Our program provides your organization with strategy, innovation, education, and mentorship in order to achieve scalable and sustainable Gospel reach.
During this 6-month program you can expect intense, rapid, and immersive education aimed at accelerating productive outcomes for your organization that target root problems in the world today.
The (re)Accelerator™ is intended to be challenging. It requires deep and strategic thinking, dedication, and a commitment to foundational preparation in order to build a healthy organization. Most of all, it will require much prayer.
Even organizations with clearly defined mission and vision statements find themselves drifting from their defined purpose.
Leadership must evaluate if each component of their organization is serving the overarching purpose and to what effect.
We will come to understand problem areas that need to be cut, modified, or rebuilt from the ground up. We will work cyclically to evaluate opportunities for change.
This is an iterative stage where initiatives are designed, tested, and evaluated. In this stage the entire organization is working at full capacity to create its future.
This health check of the organization prepares you to continue operations with the redesigned components.
The (re)Launch party is a fundraising event to pitch your organization to a group of funders ready to give towards your defined cause.
We are careful not to prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach, so our model accounts for this and allows flexibility to move and adjust for what fits your model and team the best. At the same time, we realize there are current operations that must continue, so we are diligent to coordinate activities so operations can still meet current needs for fundraising, donor engagement, and work in your field.
This Cohort will have a maximum of 7 teams and will be a (COVID safe) in-person gathering once a month. Location and start date to be determined once full. Expect creative activities and gathering environments. Price is per 3-5 member team.
